Who are the vendors?

We are Rafael and Linda and we came to live in Spain in 2000. We originally bought property and lived in Nerja and then decided to move to the countryside here, the 'campo' as it's called in Spain.

We hadn't planned to be 'up the mountain' but when we viewed this house, we loved the views and the space around us. There is easy access to the road, yet the peace and tranquillity is wonderful. We have neighbours that are lovely yet not intrusive.

When we both suffered ill health, the ambulance had no problems reaching us.

We bought the house in 2005.

We have enjoyed developing the land here, adding trees, flowers, herbs and vegetables. We have improved the house little by little, adding steps to the pool, a walk-in closet to the main bedroom, a new kitchen and laundry/pantry room, new interior doors and a log burner.

After 23 years here, we have decided to go back to the UK. Our time here has come to an end, happily and naturally, we simply want to be closer to family in Manchester and to do some travelling in Britain when we aren't taking it easy!

We don't have any pets but this would be an ideal property if you do have animals and want to be surrounded by nature yet not be isolated.
